MANAGING DIRECTOR
With 30 years of experience in Project and Construction Management, internationally, Ernest has the ability to communicate with and manage across different cultures with all stakeholders from operatives to board directors. Ernest has a thorough approach to all aspects of operations, project and program planning in key managerial positions with demonstrable commercial content as well as a sound HSE and business ethics.
In previous positions at Kentz Global, Ernest was responsible for several successful Greenfield and Brownfield projects executed on behalf of ExxonMobil in West Qurna I, Iraq, among other construction and EPC projects throughout the MENA region.
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Mark has held senior positions at three publicly listed international organisations as well one privately held company in the Middle East.
He has extensive project development & management experience in the Energy sector including small to medium sized power generation projects and responsibility for the full engineering, procurement, and construction phase of such projects. He has a thorough understanding and extensive experience of negotiating and administering various forms of contracts.\
Mark has many years of senior executive roles with full income statement responsibility. Mark has also negotiated, established, and started up several joint ventures in Europe and the Middle East.
ENGINEERING DIRECTOR
Ian is a world-renowned Process Gas Specialist with over 40 years of experience in engineering and engineering management. Responsible for all aspects of process, instrumentation & control, electrical, mechanical, structural engineering, piping, E&I, and structural design. Extensive expertise in cryogenic gas and air processing, including FEED for mixed refrigerant LNG and ethylene liquefaction plants, and various gas treatments.
His experience spans conceptual design, detailed engineering, and project execution for gas processing facilities, LNG terminals, and petrochemical plants. His expertise also includes overseeing all process engineering activities on projects and proposals relating to cryogenic gas and air processing.
