Chief Executive Officer
Clint is the CEO of BEINIT Energy with 30 years of extensive experience in the Middle East at a corporate technical level, including both onshore and offshore experience. Having been involved in project, proposal and general management, safety and quality leadership, strategic vision, operating management, and a solid reputation in leading the business. Clint has a strong understanding and successful experience in the oil and gas industry after previously founding GPS Inc. as a president in 2000 and winning and successfully completing upstream oil and has projects in Asia Pacific and MENA, West Africa, and the Caspian.
Chief Operations Officer
Ernie’s career spans some 30 years’ with extensive experience in the UK and internationally, project experience encompasses EPC & EPCm, for both NOC’s and IOC’s including ExxonMobil, BP, Shell. He has a thorough approach to all aspects of operations, and held various key managerial positions with demonstrable commercial content as well as sound HSE and business ethics. He is responsible for the continual improvement of our project management systems and processes to ensure consistent delivery on all elements from inception to project delivery and handover.
Ernie always employs an open and collaborative approach to our projects and our partners. This gives BL Energy a better perspective on how we can deliver cost-effective and beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders on every project, no matter how complex or challenging it is.
Chief Financial Officer
Tariq is the CFO of BEINIT Energy and a seasoned and accomplished start-up venture executive with over 20 years of international experience, spanning senior leadership roles across the UK, Europe & Middle East. His career has covered diverse responsibilities including strategic planning, fund raising, investment management, business development & commercial value creation, in addition to several entrepreneurial start-up ventures. He holds an MBA from the London Business School, is a Business Graduate of the University of Westminster (London) and a qualified Chartered Accountant from the UK (CIMA).
Chief Developments Officer
Graham is the CDO of BEINIT Energy with over 30 years of extensive experience in upstream and downstream projects across the Middle East and Far East. He has operated at CXO level on $multi-billion Refineries and PetChem projects. He has also been involved in Offshore Oil & gas projects for major Oil companies such as Statoil and Shell, throughout the proposal and execution phases. He has solid understanding of the Oil & Gas business drivers and senior management experience across the Oil and Gas industry having previously managed offshore projects for Technip, Kvaerner, Worley and Amec. He has delivered projects across Asia Pacific, MENA, West Africa, and the Gulf of Mexico.
Engineering DIRECTOR
With over 40 years as an experienced project and engineering manager, Joe has been involved with overall technical and engineering management strategy for offshore and onshore oil, gas and petrochemical projects, UK and overseas. With extensive experience in managing activities covering all phases of a contract, from feasibility studies, through conceptual and detail design to construction and commissioning. Joe is specialised in modular concepts, speed to market, modularised EPFs, CPFs, GSUs with particular emphasis on sour gas solutions.
HSEQ Director
With a career of over 30 years, Keith’s interest in HSE stems from having an interest in the human side of work from caring for people and culture. Keith’s extensive knowledge comes from having worked for Aramco in Saudi Arabia, Chevron in Indonesia, and Esso Longford Gas plant in Australia. From the world’s biggest petrol chemical plant build to the world’s biggest engineering company.

Commercial Director
Stephen’s career spans over 25 years in communications, working with the likes of BBC, CNN, NAT Geo, KFC, Du, KIPCO, and Majid Al Futtaim Group. Steve is responsible for the planning, development, proposals and implementation of BEINIT Energy’s group-wide marketing strategy, communications and public relations, both internally and externally. Having previously won awards for his working from, the Silver PromaxBDA Europe Awards to the P&G Gold Madonna Awards. A critical part of Steve’s responsibility through the development of marketing plans is to ensure every strategy adds value.
Engineering Manager
With over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Tyler is an engineering professional and has a solid background in instrumentation engineering with key strengths in instrument selection, control valve design, troubleshooting, instrument installations, control system specification, and control system design. Having received field construction and maintenance experience in Canada as well as leading international projects in Iraq, Kurdistan, Kuwait, Thailand, Mexico and West Africa.
As a project manager, Tyler has been responsible to project cost control, project scheduling and coordination, construction management, the engineering lifecycle, and the procurement processes.
Project & Construction Manager
Marine Operations Specialist with a background in military as a Navy deep sea diver, Clint has multi tier management capabilities and a track record of delivering results in major offshore EPC Projects and O&M contracts. Clint is motivated and innovative with 16 years of experience in management, from project inception, execution and delivery, adept in directing all aspects of marine and subsea operations.
HR & Finance Manager
Ayra holds ultimate responsibility for Global Human Resources comprising talent acquisition, talent development, retention, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, organisational development, succession planning, leadership development, organisational structuring and change, employee training, development and welfare, recruitment, company culture and new office start ups. Ayra works with business units and individuals globally to ensure our HR systems and procedures are supporting our operations effectively leaving our project teams to get on with delivering work.
Administration Manager
Rabbia is Administration Manager of BEINIT Energy, her role in the company is supporting the management in all the administrative, HR and Financial matters, building and maintaining relations with the Government offices and banks. Rabbia is a qualified, well trained professional having over a decade of administration, Management and HR experience on managerial and supervisory positions. She has experience in implementing new policies and procedures while working closely with higher management. Rabbia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA-HRM) degree from a prestigious institute. She enjoys working with people who aspire to make a difference.
Media/Marketing Executive
As Media/Marketing Executive for BEINIT Energy, Kirsty is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the marketing strategy for BEINIT Energy, including communications, branding and public relations. A key responsibility is to ensure every strategy creates added value.
Kirsty is also responsible for overseeing promotional support and sponsorship by determining company presence at conventions, meetings, conferences and exhibitions.
